Warty pleurobranch

A warty pleurobranch trundles across the rock, its sandy, bump-covered body and spade-shaped head giving it an oddly endearing, almost cartoonish look. Unlike its flashier cousins, this sea slug is often seen on the move — and is, somewhat alarmingly, a predator of other sea slugs.
